We have a 7 day return/exchange policy on defective items only. Items that are not defective or have become defective due to customers actions are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
All returns must include the original factory box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.) blank unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork and must be in original MINT condtion with no writing or tears on the box or any of the paperwork. As well as no scratches on the item itself. If you deface the original factory cartons or packaging in any manner or do not abide by the conditions of this return policy, your return will not be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be processed until the merchandise sent is returned to us and in our possession.
Management must authorize all returns. Call for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for an order to be processed (prior to shipping). If we require additional time we will update your order status accordingly.
Since shipments do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: an overnight order leaving our warehouse on a Friday will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
We are not responsible for typographical errors.
